From the My Follow-up screen, you can open any followed-up media item and use all media-related capabilities (view, edit, compare, download, etc.).
You can also navigate directly to the related conversation, change the sort order, or remove the follow-up marking from multiple items at once.
At any time, you can return to the Follow-up list using the Follow-up icon in the upper-left corner.
